Fresh & inspired, Olin’s menus derive from our team's desire to deliver the season’s best. With inspiration coming from both the bounty of local Michigan, as well as the sun-drenched regions of the Mediterranean, Olin wants to reimagine what an American brasserie can be.

From fresh oysters to a variety of small plates, Olin offers an expanded cheese program, as well as a daily feature intended to share family style.

Crafted & Pure, Olin's beverage program combines a culinary passion for ingredients, a thoughtful approach to sourcing and a mindful eye on execution. Featuring hand-made bitters, fresh juices and extracts, our cocktail program will bring new charm to old standards, as well as inspired new creations.

Approachable and modestly priced wines will focus on smaller producers featuring varietals that compliment the kitchen's menus and flavors. Also sharing the wine stage, Olin will also feature daily selection of sherries. Rounding out the beverage program, Olin's beer lineup will feature 4 local Michigan taps as well as a selection of craft bottles and cans.
